Congrats on the win and good war by your squad. We knew it was gonna be a tough war as it was tilted slightly against us defensively in the match. Too many 97-99% 2 stars by us sealed our fate. Hard to overcome that many misses against a quality opponent. Good luck in your future wars.

There were a lot of compliments in our chat log after watching that attack, it even inspired me to try the edrag attack at the end

TBF Knight Ryder, 5 of our TH12s had a max giga tesla which is a game changer IMO. It really changes how you attack due to the 1000 damage on destruction.
I think its the best upgrade to do to stop the 3 star, mine will be complete tomorrow

Yes we have noticed the impact of the max giga. Only having 1 max giga on our side certainly was a big hurdle to overcome. My max giga was only hours away from finishing before the war started and I was literally a minute late getting logged in to gem the finish.
I have been on the rest of my clan mates to get it maxed out. We were slow initially to upgrade with concerns about the war weight it carried but have realized we get matched up against many more maxed gigas anyway.
And I definitely agree about our 1's triple with hogs on your 1. I think that was the highlight of the war. Cool to see some other attacks working in war besides spam edrags and bowitch.
I've been rocking the HGHB attack and it's pretty powerful at TH11/12 but it does require a lot of skill and a deep push with the kill squad to make work.
Unfortunately the dominant BoWitch is too hard to pass by as even a fail will give you a nice % 2 star banker.
I think the edraglo will be less effective once everyone starts upgrading their defences, currently most TH12s are still TH11 defence levels so we are seeing an unusually high 3 star rate with the new TH12 troop levels.
In regards to war weight, I don't think any TH12 should care about it currently (providing they were a max 11 before upgrade). I've prioritised all of the big weight items first this time round (excluding the eagle LOL).
*Looks like supercell have fixed the eagle with today's maintenance break so it will be the next on my upgrade list.

I agree with bt. Max gigas have a huge effect on 3 star rate.

I couldn't keep up with who was who, just trying to keep up with the chat was a task in itself lol, let alone discord and the forums.
Also in all the action I completely forgot to call any of my attacks with minion bot, doh!

I was just a lowly th 8 this war. The clash games accts. I might bring some of my big bases the next time. I did bring dragon master for some FCs.
