It would be really great if you could have the coin or elixir icon above each collector and mine fill up as they are filled so you have a better idea how much of each you will be getting or when they are close to being full.
You can hold the mine (DO NOT JUST TAP IT) hold it and it will grab it without collecting the resources, then move it some where, then tap info. There you go, you can see all it holds
