If you are farming then you have heroes.. Already and realized you need more resources.. And then u start farming..
TH unguarded.. Dropping trophies... Most of the time on shield... WRONG.
Rise up in trophies.. Higher trophy villages have a lot of loot...
balloons.. And minions... With a drag or two and heroes... Spells help a lot... Specially rage and lightning...

But you have a rather high army cost and you have to use spells too.

So I think you have a netto gain of max 100k an hour. That can't beat my BAM army at 1500 cups.

I usually am around the 1200's to 1400's and I use:

50 archers
10 giants
10 wallbreakers
20 minions
2 dragons

i rarely have trouble winning fights unless my troops just don't cooperate. It costs around 137k iirc so it's obviously not a farming army, but I've tried other strategies including balloons and this just seems to work best for me.

With 100k gold an hour its 70 hours raiding. good luck with that.

But don't get me wrong the bloon minion army is a great army and I use it myself at the moment to get to masters. But its no farming army.

You won't beat Gold farming at lower levels but there is a ton of loot at higher levels.

I got to Masters yesterday with the following:
1 x Rage = 33k G
16 x Balloons = 72k E
70 x Minions = 700 DE

Average win is 200k / 200k / 1 to 4k DE plus 75k / 75k / 400 DE bonus. So plenty of profit. My Elixir has been maxed for 3 days, have lost millions.

Can do 2 battles every 60ish minutes.

The trouble is maintaining the trophies to stay up here as a TH9. I'm not in a hurry to drop back down but will focus more on DE for a bit.

Balloon farming works great especially if you looking for Gold and DE...
on an average in crystal farming u make 200k gold and 1k DE per raid...
as long as you avoid AQ you can also 2 star or three star them..
i use couple rages and keep one lightning in case i have to wipe the CC troops..
