Um, i don't like the friendly fire idea... It is kind of stupid to even build the volcano in the first place if it were implemented (Unless you place it on the corner of the map out of the way of all your buildings.
Also you need to include stats ie dps, radius...

So... lets change it a little bit. Only kill troops (but still, both sides).
And it could be shut off.
Also it attacks before it is getting attacked.
Also coming near the volcano will cause a piece of dark cloud and the attacker will have a difficulty seeing things (I think that will be a smaller radius)

At least sounds like something new but lets say you place it close to your storages then it's a great protection with friendly fire just think about it when hog riders destroy it and your storages goes down which also means that you wont loose your resources ....
TBH it sounds like something cool but I guess it's alot of work and I really really must say that I think this would maybe fit in a big strategy game for pcs but not for CoC sorry but that's my feeling. Might be a good idea with some changes though I will try to come back later if I change my mind![]()

Well yeah you did some changes and I did include that when I said that I don't see the point of this idea for clash of clans. For example "a cloud that makes it harder for attacker to see" that makes no sense but if it temporally weakens the attackers or slows them down it makes sense so that would work for me in this game, aslowing the attackers down would actually be a working tower for this game but not the others about killing all troops including clan castle troops and so on. That is just against the whole reason why I play this game, sorry.
So what I would suggest is that you change your first post to something like "the tower cant damage units but when a unit comes inside its trigger area it will release a dangerous dark cloud which poison all the infected units and slows them down" I would if I were you do that (personal about how I think this tower maybe works in this game)
Additional possibilities:
- Every x amount of time units stays in the area the cloud will increase by y radius until it either covers the whole map or a maximum range.
- Every x amount of time a unit stays in the diseased cloud it will be slowed by z until it is slowed by for example 50%
- Town Hall 10 required to build this tower!
- Cloud removes after the tower is destroyed!
- Should have the amount of hp which need 3-5 level 6 lightning spells to kill
IMPORTANT: Just realized that my current idea would be the solution of the problem with too fast hogriders if they wont be nerfed!!!![]()
