I’m Utopia NH leader but our team is a democracy not a dictatorship everyone has a voice and value, decisions are made together.

We are a team of 6 loyal players that has played together for a while and looking to expand
What we give and expect:-
Try your best - If this means you can only be online for an hour a day fine, just be helpful when you play. No pressure here it's a game!
You don’t have to chat! - As long as you are active and help when needed there is no pressure on loads of nattering, its not us we mostly just want to play the game!
Derby participation - we do share the log, you can opt out as long as you can still help out, rewards will be given for helpers
We help each other - through tasks, fulfilling boats, each others Derby tasks, expansion etc.
You do not have to level up - but we will help if you want to
We will only kick people out if they are inactive, rude, takers or NH hoppers, there is zero tolerance for unfriendliness
