Me and my clan, Unity Elite, had this idea a while ago, and I thought it was a really great thought.
Instead of people having to wait for people to request to donate their troops, clashers could put them in a donation bank! By doing this, they don't have to wait for requests, and can train a bunch of troops, like dragons or wizards, in the night and put them all in the donation bank in the morning. Furthermore, when you request, you can choose which troop you take out, and how many of that troop. And to prevent unwanted troops from getting in the donation bank, the leader or elders could choose what could be put in the donation bank.
In my opinion, this is a great idea, since it would solve many problems for many people. For example, 3g is normally really slow, so it is very hard for me to donate since my clan's request fill up very quickly, and it is very hard for me to donate. Or maybe it takes too long for people to request, and i'm stuck with the wizards I made overnight for a very long time, and I don't want to waste them by deploying them on single players.
One problem could be clan hoppers, but maybe it has to be a requirement to donate a certain amount (maybe 50 or 100) before taking some, and always having to keep a 1:2 ratio in donated and recieved.
