I dont know if this has bes asked, or discussed before. but I have a problem with Tom. If I change my mind, or do not want the product I first chose, I have to wait for 2 hours before I can send him again. Before, he laid down for 5 minutter and then I could send him and finish delivery. Is this a glitch? Or is it suppose to be like this?
This is a glitch and a known issue. The upside is however that you will always be offered 9 items first try (the team did that as a workaround). So as long as you don't change your mind about what product you want halfway through a run, you should be good.

Thank you so much for quick answer, I really need to be care full so I pick what I want the first time. ;-)
I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that. My issue was not getting 7 instead of 9 but often change my mind being to hasty. For this reason I'll be glad when they fix it.

I hope they never "fix" it!! before, I would give Tom 2 tries, max, to get a higher amount, then settle for 8 or keep sending him until I finally got 8, such a waste...
Yes, I hope they don't fix it.
It's easier to learn to be careful what you pick first time than to fight with Tom over that ninth saw.
I must admit, I used to love the occasional day of Tom but the battles got to me and in the end I stopped employing him. It was no treat!
Now the boosters and the maximum offer are bringing the joy back.
