YOU WILL BE A COLEADER AS MENTIONED IN THE POST EARLIER AND THEREFORE AS THE RESPONSIBLE MEMBER OF THE HOOD WE EXPECT YOU TAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES SERIOUSLY
1. If you dont much care about the game,your hood mates, or their success then you are not a co-leader.
2.If you sign on, have a chat and leave without your machines running. you're probably not a co-leader.
3. If your not willing to bear the hardships of growing and maintaining a young and small hood. then your not what we're looking for.
4. If you don't really care about getting to know the people you play with then you're not a co-leader.
5. Are you the type that will kick people just because you can? stay as far from here as you can please.
6. Will you give up on us if we dont get a gold trophy your first week? If so we don't need your help.
We are looking for kind and helpful hoodies who enjoy good company and winning derbies. we are still small and we are not a 10 task 320 hood. we try our hearts out but we do not always win. we usually do place though. and we have some of the best derbyers you will ever meet. our barns are big and hearts even bigger !!!!!!! we treat the game as a game and we treat you as humans not robots!!!!!!
DERBY RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
The derby is optional but dont stay on the sidelines forever.
tasks 310 plus ,, the tenth being optional , but appreciated if the race is very close !!
We understand that life gets busy but, we are looking for those who can play most days and derby most week without failed tasks and excuses!!!
we request you to chalk out your schedule well and then plan if you want to opt in or out of derby each week !! mid derby crisis may happen with hood members once in a blue moon and we will understand but please do your best not to let us down
We desire those who can do any tasks their level allows and does not get through by just watering our plants and mining with our tools. we help our best with boat trucks and townies !!
Bottom line. if you love hayday and know how to play it as a team. come on over.

we are mostly adults slogging hard in the big bad world so we wont be able to play the game 24/7 , since its a small hood there may be moments when the hood will be really silent .. we try our best to accomodate everyones timezones though and i am very sure with more members in we can sool call it a 24/7 international hood
we dont mind if a small hood merge with us ,, we wont leave our hood though since i have already spoken to the hood members and everyone intends on not leaving , we will accept any like minded small mergers
