I would say rage, healing, and jump. The rage is good because of the reasons people have already said, healing is excellent for healing goblins on a group of storages or placing it on a few giants to prolong the distraction and jump is great for those segregated core compartments with all of the storages in them. I dislike lightning because you need to use at least 2 to take out a building which is expensive, leaving their only use to be taking out cc troops if you only have one of them (99% of farmable bases have a lurable cc anyways). Freeze is expensive and has a very short effect, worst farming spell.
