I guess it depends on how they leak it. Using friends seems like a foolproof idea, although I am sure SC has some way to find out who exactly broke NDA.

I'm sure that based on what details were mentioned in the leak, when the leak occurred, who made the posting, and the manner in which the leak was delivered, SC could make a very short list very quickly.

Plus, if SC wanted, they could just go after the hypothetical friend. That person had access to confidential information. How did they get it? Did they steal it? One strongly worded letter and a phone call from a lawyer and I bet most people would sing like a bird about who really leaked what.

Twister, i like that image under your name. Spells out your name and looks like a Transformer head. I never saw the details before just a head.

I did a clan visit back in 2013 with "Court of Owls" and one of their members made my avatar for me - it used to be just the blue tornado, but they added the letters on top of it and I've kept it ever since.

Here is a weird concept of the NDA discussions. Who cares whom would sue whom. There still exists this thing called integrity.

BINGO - My word means a lot to me. Sure, we've all slipped a tiny bit and said too much at times, but I would never intentionally reveal info pre-update (Even saying something specific isn't in it gets run by our CMs first). Sure, we drop tiny hints as we socialize with the community like Lach's original post in this thread, or some of my comments, or at times simply to stop mass delusion on topics that are straying too far into lala land, but that's about it.

Plus I love my volunteer time with Supercell, and at a minimum, losing access to all 4 games would hurt.
