lach said that there is a reason why the boat appears before update is live....
wait and see what happens... maybe we get an event for the ship before update goes live

I would guess they put it there because ​it has been discussed in the past 3-4 updates. I don't think they realized or maybe they did, that adding it just changed the thousands of questions from will there be a boat to what does it do.
