isn't Sneak Peeks refer the sketch u're talking about? and do u release a sketch before making this sketch first? i don't think so...

releasing sneak peeks are not easy as we think it is first SC need to cross the finish line (that includes the initial testing, bug checking and many more in both android and ios) than they invites/inform/allow the content creators to make videos (specific i think) creating threads that makes sense and feel easy to understand the new contents/systems and yes, anything can be changed during this and they need to make sure everything goes smooth

btw, i don't know how do u deliver the sketch... do u release it before finishing ur project? or after? ***if u do it before the final project, than it's not the way SC deliver their sneak peeks in first place

Sakib bro..I just say what I am going to do.
If the end product is ugly.. either I modify it or completely scrap it.
Sketch is released of what I am planning to do.
Sneak Peeks are the result of almost finished product.

I am sure those italicized and underlined texts were all sarcasm aimed towards my approach to my clients.

[PARADOXICITY]

When you are about to write an essay, you make a draft and follow the guidelines and complete it. The thing that's not working good here is they're not even ready to share the draft. It's been long since a major update (October 2016 was the last major update), so it's natural for the community to expect a new one. But hyping the update for over a month and completely cutting communication is what pisses most people off. No one wants the statistics of the update coz they might change, but the basic outline should be enough to handle the crowd and keep a healthy hype on. Just my thought.
