I am not asking the exact date. I just wanted to know in the history of SuperCell in which days did the sneak peeks were released

GASP's are not bound by non disclosure issue because we get the info the same way and same time as you do....

Every buildings except builder's hut can be upgraded. So, the boat should also have upgrades according to me.

What is it? Is it the goblin in the beginning of the game?

in the beginning of the game we all have to face the goblin attacks.
During the attacks there is a character called the Goblin King.

So it is not a hint for this update. 😕
