if that button is true think i would think its for changing to a clan village. the only other time you repair someting in clash is the clan castle. and leaks have shown you need to repair the ship.
When a new update coming Clash of clans
A new hero will be added in town hall 13 update that isn't coming at least until 2021, get over it, we don't need a new one though...
New hero is coming - goblin king,however it seems he won't be an ally but rather an enemy we will be fighting against in goblin maps.....many people have pointed it out here too.
Those who didn't see still , check out the last few lines of coc description in play store.

There will be a boat which will make us switch between the night and the day as last poster said the nigh of extreme speed so i think there will be a boat by which we can switch in day and night!
