That dude seem to be a CR guy, I doubt he will go there for CoC update

He is a CR guy NOW, but he reached over 1MI subs with CoC only.
Cam was the funniest YT out there with a mix of funny, farming and wars content while all channels would only cover one thing or another. He really impacted some big channels content formula being used nowadays.

Sadly, he wasn´t enjoying the game so much and wasnt taking joy in preparing videos daily so he stopped doing vids of CoC (much like Jake from OH). Hopefully both of them return for good after the update (Jake is already doing streams for CWL and Cam´s clan is participating in CWL as well so this is good news already).

But man for SC to hype us and keep us waiting for 2 to 3 months and probably even longer means that the update has to be much bigger then just a massive update or some people are gonna quit.
The only thing I can think of is a CLAN BASE that has double the building and defences or something so 2 people can team up to 5 star it, but thats ruled out. Another thing I think is clan heros where the whole clan donates to the hero for it to upgrade, but that's probably not good enough either, let just see what SC got up their sleave, has to be worth it.

fun aside, can you give us any (hidden) hint/clue about any change in current systems like shield/trophy/loot etc @Lach @Holps @smolson? (if there's any)

I can only imagine what this cats litter box looks like.

I'm curious as to how much time they've put into this update.

Did they cancel clashcon and release those other updates as a way to keep us for a while longer? Were they meant to fend off the masses? Would clashcon have delayed this update far longer? Were many of the additions last year supposed to be in this update but they had to release a few?

I think the October 2016 update was just prep for this update also the march update.
This could be a sign of that this update is going to be awesome and massive and also game changing.
Also that's why it taking so long. think about if as massive as what SC says it is , it's going to take time.
