Haven't seen a post from Marika since I joined the forums and Anoushka posts only when a ton of cute cat pics melt her heart.

they're in invisible mode (more options than a regular member) and communicate with mods (only ) As they works in Finland, may be there're other things to do

That dude seem to be a CR guy, I doubt he will go there for CoC update

It is likely that all the bugs are not yet worked out so SC doesn't know the exact date the update will be completed.  So, they could say it will be the week of XXXXX and just pick a date way into the future that they know for sure the update will be done by, but then when if finishes early just sit on it and make us wait.  Or, they could try to pick a date now that is more accurate, but then if the update isn't ready by then the players all blast SC for giving the wrong date.  Finally, they could remain silent other than to tell us they are working on it and thanking us for our patience.  They chose this last one and I think it is the best choice.

Yeah I'll have to agree here. They're notorious for massive hyping, and usually a let down after because we have so much time for our imaginations to "fill in the blanks" that no amount of "awesome/massive/super cool" is cool enough after that much time has passed.

Its pretty simple to me. Don't say anything until you release sneak peaks, or update us weekly. This thread was probably the smartest thing SC did...and it was done by someone not even getting paid.

Sad really if if you think about it. Give this company all kinds of money and they're almost rude to their customers with teasing. What a world we live in

it's really annoying that the hyped us the player so early before the update.
This update got to be worth it.

I'm curious as to how much time they've put into this update.

Did they cancel clashcon and release those other updates as a way to keep us for a while longer? Were they meant to fend off the masses? Would clashcon have delayed this update far longer? Were many of the additions last year supposed to be in this update but they had to release a few?
