No its something to remove the buildings. Not to cancel buildings people would get 3 stars achievement in one day

remove the buildings ?
it's already a ruled out idea ,

but we can cancel a building under construction.
and i don't think it will be a simple achievement ,
specially for higher th's ,
they might tried their best to launch this achievement
