Come and join The Lads! Recruiting all TH levels

Now that we have that out of the way, let's move on to the clan name: The Lads.
Come join us and be a lad! By "us" I mean a bunch of 12-16 year olds. We live in the Eastern U.S., but we're accepting people from anywhere within ~5 hours from our timezone. If you're not an active or mature player, then please don't bother joining.
We're just starting out, so we're not that picky in terms of requirements. All TH levels are welcome. We would like everyone to use both attacks in war, and get at least 3 stars total.
Clan Wars
In clan wars, please attack your number or one below your number as your first attack. For your second attack, I recommend waiting until a few people have attacked so you know where you need to clean up. We don't require you to use a certain attack (I'm a scrub so I use dragons), so pick whatever you feel comfortable using.
Clan History
We founded this clan about 2 weeks ago and are off to a nice start. Our highest TH level is a TH9 with ~level 15 heroes. He's also the most avid donator in the clan, with over 2000 donations a month. He also happens to be our leader. We would like all new members to donate at least 200 troops a cycle unless you're TH6 or below. 400/cycle if you want elder. Co is earned through trust and actually attacking in wars. I'm a mid-level TH8 with mostly near-max defenses and troops.
How Can I Apply?
