Title says it all. I'm almost max th9 and also run a max th8. I've ran a successful clan before but took a break from the game. Now I'm back and want to rebuild. (Clan levels were not a thing when I was leading before) currently we will be accepting all TH levels but that will soon be cut off. USA players preferred but if you speak fluent English you're welcome to join.
