Need Help Recruiting $100 Gem Contest.

I have a new level 3 clan that has over 20 members. Having problems getting good active players so I decided to have a recruiting contest in which whom ever recruited the most " ACTIVE" players during a one month time frame would win. Paid via Google gift card or iTunes card. Both can be used to buy gems. I wish suoercell would add a feature to allow me to be able to buy gems and give them to clan mates directly from within the game. I'm only interested in usa or Players from Canada. It's a timezone and speaking the same language issue. The name of my clan is HolyGhostPower and my screen name is Acts 2.38
Note- I'm a Christian. If your not that's fine but please keep the language clean if you decide to join

I've seen where u can buy gems and it will give for example 10 gems or 20 gems to clan mates. Im wanting to do $100 in gems to 1 person. I don't see how to do this but if it can be done please explain how. Thanks
