BAM, really?

Not quite working for me...

I am using 80 barbs, 64 archers, 4 wallbreakers and 34 minions (level 2), it is fast and elixir-saving, but I don't think it is really working

Then perhaps it is not wrong with the setup, but your placement. I use BAM and have about 1.1m/h or more, depends on luck.

I have 2 barracks filled with barbarians, 2 barracks filled with archers and 1 dark barrack with minions. With that I get about;

80 barbs
60 archers
20 minions

As I am a nearly maxed TH8 they can fit 200. In your case you will probably end up with 22-23 minions, 70 archers and 90 barbs.

If you are in league silver or lower train one healer as well, and find people who don't have a well protected air defence, then destroy it before deploying your healer. In gold or above people usually have the defences so if you are that high ignore my suggestion.

Why would you want a healer when farming?

Healer with BAM???

Just take a look at this as the only thing not working for most people with BAM is troop deployment-

You need to remember things that work against bam

1. all resources are in the middle storages
2. all aoe defenses are in the middle including air defense.

You will still most likely get 1 star but you wont get ANY loot since bam is just not capable of reaching the center of the well designed level 8 base.

So my advice is — got to around 1100 trophies.

If you place your BAM well you can very well reach the center of TH8s. I've had some raids where I gained 3,2k DE just by focusing that point.

I still recommend 1300-1600, if TH9 1400-1700.

unless you use heroes and spells i just cant see how bam will reach center of well upgraded theme park or triangulation or any simple "chess field" design with lots of compartments, at least i never managed to do it. With decent funneling level 6 WT just killing your troops as they come.
