High lv.s have a unfair advantage!

I think that there should be leagues for clans so everyone can earn some gems without paying, whether its 100 or 1 gem/s
it will even out the unfair advantage for the people that can't or doesn't want to spend 5$ or 50$ on gems.
How it may work is as clan leagues gain 10000 or 100 trophies it should give the top 3 clans in the leagues a certain amount of gems for the top 10 players in each clan every 10 or 15 days

Define high levels.
Some players get maxed th9 without gemming at all.

Also, for your idea, farming clans can easily push and get a lot of trophies and win.
You most probably won't have a chance at it.

The problem with your idea is clans can manipulate their trophy counts in order to win.
