    Hãckèd GC acc and Needs help

    I have a hàçked GC acc and the hàćker is playing on my acc simultaneously, causing me to lose EVERYTHING. Please help. Supercell staff if you see this can you advise me on what to do? I'm seriously gonna quit this game soon coz it's not even enjoyable when a hàcker is cancelling all your upgrades 24/7.

    I think it's possible to change your password, isn't it? I think the most probable cause would be someone is remotely accessing your account on another iDevice. Did you log into any public iPads?

    If you can access the game, it is strongly suggested that you use the in-game feature "Send Feedback" to contact our support. If you do so, please do not edit the subject-line as it contains your player ID. If you cannot enter the game, please email our support directly and provide them with your Game Center name and/or Facebook profile link, in-game name and also which clan you belong to (if you belong to one). You can contact support at: clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net

    Everytime I have a perfect explanation, Daddy slaps me with this reply.

    Will try what daddy suggested

    But as for changing the pass, it does not work since the game is already on another device. Changing the pass of my Gc does not affect supercell's computers in any way.

    Thanks.

    I'm totally skrewed. Now I am wondering where my iPod is.. Think someone stole it, sold it, and it ended up in some other country.

    So the mystery is somewhat solved - you aren't h@cked - someone is playing your game on a device no longer under your control / maybe stolen.

    Did you have iCloud setup on it - you could try locking it or remote wiping it.

    Yep I do

    Thanks twister. I do have find my iPhone. Wiped it and now my game is back to normal.
