This is very common when you don't empty your collectors its ok 51 elixir is nothing you need to earn trophies up to some 1600-1800 as i said before look for some good base design yours is ok but not the best for town hall 10 pm if you need any help at all i got you and also if you want to join my clan we will help you out alot!!! I'm not a trophy hunter, so I'm not your guy... Hmm... I know! Private message a guy named ZachUVA. He's a TH 10 and he's a trophy hunter.

David, do look at some YouTube videos, it will give you a feel of how it's like in multiplayers.
At your TH level, elixir and gold should be in the magnitude of hundreds of thousands. That's right, only 100k gold or elixir should interest you. Why? Well try checking out the upgrade costs of your buildings, that's why.
You might wanna calculate the elixir cost of your army. What you need to do is raid at least equal to that amount in order to make a profit and progress. Also, look at your mine and pump production rate to get a feel of how much resources you are getting per hour.
Edit: your trophy count is too low. All you gonna find there are TH3 and 4. 1500 trophy is where most of the big boys play.
Edit 2: i'm sorry to tell you this, but you kinda NEED the Barbarian King snd Archer Queen at your TH level, or you can never farm or gain trophies effeciently.

What I meant by that is that surely if he can put the $5000+ it cost to upgrade thus far, he would be comfortable enough to put another $300 in at any given time...

For your army composition use barbs and archers, where you are right now, don't use all of your troops to attack a village as you will not get enough elixir to sustain your armies. Other than that put your splash towers(mortar, wizard Tower)in the centre of your base, other than that youll get better with practise

Hi wizard. So, what I seem to be doing is throwing most of my troops when attacking, and while winning and getting some good elixer and coin, I'm sure I'm using up more resources in terms of troops, including Golums and dragons. I have no doubt that I have no idea about proper strategy as of yet. I wish I could post replays of my attacks so u can really see what's up.
watch some basic farming replays on youtube, the basics are use giants as a meatshield, wallbreaker for walls then waves of barbs and arch. it will take a long long time to master as by the time most people reach th10 they have thousand of battles under their belt. my advice just practice attacking with giants wb arch barb and gob, there is more to attacking than spamming and btw get the AQ and BK they are important good luck
