The same picture has been on the forums a couple times. Everyone thought it was coming out next update. It still might be a future troop they bring in.

This was fan art, it is nothing to do with Supercell.

Whether it is a future update or not (I personally don't think it is), someone did a good job at some fan art

I think that troop will be included one day.. from the look of picture, its drawn in a very similar style to the artists that draw up the other troops in the game. Perhaps it was drawn by a supercell artist?
