Those of you who are brave enough to either currently Lead a clan or have lead clans in the past - congrats. The amount of time invested into building, maintaining, organizing clan wars, discipline, promoting... is extreme. I can't imagine 1 person handling all these responsibilities plus dealing with War donations too. It's just too much.
I am in that position currently. I am not complaining because I have a great co-lead. We share the same vision for the clan, but he's in a different time zone than I. It's like 10 hours difference which makes it challenging to work together a whole lot. We do chat a bit outside the clan which helps. So I am looking for some help.
Any previous Clan Leaders or current leaders that want a change of pace please consider joining. I am looking for a Strong TH9 to help share the clan vision because Risen is not MY Clan. It belongs to the players who have joined. We are a lvl 3 Friendly War Clan and I envision have 3-4 leaders within the clan to all help with the responsibilities and management of the clan. Because I don't see this as a 1 person job.
If you are interested send me a PM and we can discuss this. Anyone joining and asking to be promoted right away won't stay. While my intent is to promote or find another colead there needs to be some trust built first.
