Something similar happened to me once, contact support through the game. It'll take a few hours for them to get back to you, but they told me exactly what to do and everything turned out okay.
I have a similar problem. When I went to sleep last night I had harvested all but 5 fields of rice for my task. I had at least a day left because I only started the task yesterday evening. When I woke up this morning it showed that I had missed the task. It then reset my rice to 0 and said I had a little over an hour to grow all the rice. Impossible to do, so I just lose it I guess! Frustrating!
Hello ! I had just a sudenlly cancelled task a few hours ago.I was with a "Help" task and it was cancelled wrongly������. Of course it was going ON TIME. I tried to contact with Support but I only could post my problem/request by a message in Facebook... which way did you use for contacting them???
A member in my neighborhood signed up for 1 boat task, 320 points. Now he is constantly getting the same task automatically assigned to him, and no derby points!
Same problem here.Did my task and she returns ?? No points and a lot of material used to complete the task.

I have finished 9 tasks of the derby. It lists all in the finished tasks, showing the green tick. The points from the last task however are not summed up in the derby total count. They are though correctly counted in the overview of the chat under the horse shoe. I fear losing champions league status!
I had th samen problem. Just send a message through th game with a snapshot of your derby overview and the support team will solve it .Originally Posted by JCW1910
