Underleveled TH9 attack strat needed!

So I haven't played clash of clans for a little over a year (my attention was taken by boom beach and then to clash royale.)
Soim getting back into it and quickly realized two things: I suck at attacking now and my base is pretty undervalued for a th9.

My barracks are up to pekka production and my dark barracks are only up to hog riders, also I haven't unlocked jump/freeze and earthquake yet.

So given these limitations (which I plan on expanding asap) what good attack strategies can I employ? The only thing if had a bit of success with so far is tanking with a couple pekkas and throwing in a bunch of hogs. Also a couple healers in the back to keep my pekkas and barb king up (still no queen) and a few archers and minions to clean up the corners. U had a few three stars with this but I'm not sure its the best plan ever cuz my healers often get shot down and sometimes my pekka will wander into a terms with nothing to back it up.
Also it would be nice to have a cheaper army so I could farm resources to upgrade more.

Barch is your friend until other troops are upgraded.

Just hit dead bases (there are plenty around gold 1 crystal 3). You don't need spells and loot will flow fast. Queue them up 10 barbs/10 archers at a time so that if you don't use them all then you have them ready for next attack.

If you're talking war, I'd suggest don't war till you get decent troops.
If not, get the SF up ASAP and hogs too. Start mass hogging Th8s and newish 9s
Then farm to Lalo mode and get golems

I cringe at the idea of running HGHB with less than L4 healers & L6 giants, to say nothing about L5 hogs.

Further, unless the healers would be put into range of an AD while the funnel was being set, they are largely irrelevant.

Just go to crystal 2 or 3,then start hatching dead bases,you will find a lot offering 350k+ each+2.7k de (if both pumps are maxed).just get your queen,up her to level five and start doing offence.i, am sure you will be fixed in less than 2 months if played continuously. good luck

Drop to gold league for loot,u will find a lot of loot down there.I maxed my TH9(except heroes they r 21/20) in 2 months.u will find almost 400k loot per raid
