Any thoughts on this base?

I am thinking in raiding this base, i find it well designed. Not sure if go with an all balloons army (currently level 4) or mix it with sum wizards and a healer. My army camps are maxed as well as my troops. I am a TH7 btw. Any help in raiding this base would be greatly appreciated.
