If you fully maxed out TH:9 including walls then sorry, not everyone is as hardcore as you are so it will take us time to get to TH:10 so you can farm us with no penalty, enjoy being that much far ahead of the race overcoming great struggles of TH:10. Its supposed to be HARD to advance beyond that point, since endgame is supposed to be... HARD.
If you just randomly dinged 10 and expect to farm for level 8 walls there then you are probably... silly?
