    Even if a th8 base is truly maxed, its highly unlikely it will get to master. Theres just too many strong th9s and th10s hanging around there. As of now, I dont think there was anyone in the forums who managed to get that high. Highest you will get is somewhere between 2300s-2400s, so Crystal I essentially.

    Roaming the CoC lands for them bountiful bases
