Hello candidates, ez3 is recruiting new members to join our clan. Most of our core leaders have been together for about 2 years and understand what it takes to be a successful war clan. We started out as a clan comprised of friends and family and were able to pick up some additional experienced clashers along the way. It's been awhile since we last recruited and we're looking to fill our ranks. More details below:

Clan Location: United States (Majority of the clan is from the United States, we do have members from other places as well though. As long as you can speak English well this is not a disqualifier.)

Required trophies: 1200 (This is just a filler and is not a requirement, we could care less about what your trophies look like.)
War Stats as of last edit: Wins - 213 | Losses - 26 | Draws - 0 | Current Win Streak - 9 | Highest Win Streak - 34 | 89% Win Ratio
War Frequency: Back to back, may vary on occasions. Clashers may opt in/out as they please.
War Eligibility: We generally have new members sit out the first war after they arrive. (To see how we operate and make sure we did not just recruit a hopper.) If there are odd numbers opted in for war, priority will be given based on hero availability, followed by war performance. (We can generally mitigate this by not including low level alternate accounts into war.)
Chat Group Software: KakaoTalk (New members will be given access to the group after completing a minimum of one war and an assessment is made on the member.)
Clan Rules:
1. Everyone uses both of their hits in wars. If you are opted in and placed into the war you are expected to use both hits. If any new member fails to do this there will be a one war sit penalty. If the new member fails to use both hits and it costs us the war win it will result into being kicked.
2. We do not condone cheating. Any form of 3rd party software or spying on the enemy is not tolerated and will result into being kicked.
3. Keep donation ratios as even as possible. We ask that new members keep their troops received and troops donated relatively even, just don't let it get too far out of whack. Always try to fill requests before you ask for troops. If you're not willing to help someone else out they won't be willing to help you.
4. Always give clanmates the troops that they are requesting. This rule applies both in and out of war. Generally people in the clan do a good job at identifying exactly what they are wanting in their request. If someone requests a maxed troop and you are not able to fulfill that level requirement, then do not donate. This is especially important during war. The first offense will yield a warning, if it becomes a pattern you will get the boot.
5. There is no such thing as a "mirror" in war. Sure, there will always be another base in the same position as you on the enemy map, but that does not mean that particular base is only yours to hit. The Clash of Clans matchmaking system is by no means exact and it may pair you up with someone too hard or too easy. Our hits are judgment calls. Clan war participants are expected to hit a base of equal th or higher that they believe they can get an ez3 on. If that option simply is not available it is acceptable to hit a th down to clean lower bases or hit up to open a base up for a higher member.
6. New members are expected to use both hits before the 6 hours remaining mark in wars. Self explanatory.
7. Both heroes do not have to be available for th9's in war. The same thing applies for th8s and below. In most cases we can cover the hits in war, however at the same time this is not a valid excuse to not 100% destroy a base. Do this at your discretion, if you feel like you will be too much of a liability then opt out. If you choose to proceed with the route of opting in with a hero down, all that we ask is that you make it known in chat prior to war.
8. Promotions are earned. DO NOT ask for a promotion. We have a council system in place for promotions. There are a variety of factors that we take into account when assessing whether someone is ready; activity, donations, helpfulness to other members, war ability, and longevity. If you are doing the right thing you will be noticed, trust me.
Recruitment:
We are looking for active members with a good attitude that are th9 and below who are capable of 3 starring their own th level during war. Having a rushed base is okay, however having rushed troops is not. We are highly seeking th8.5s and th8.75s. Multiple accounts are allowed, but more is expected of you. We will be assessing your profile when you request, based on your base structure, troop levels, and war stars. You may be asked to do some friendly challenges upon acceptance.
Take note that if you have a war cool down timer going on, you will not be accepted. We have no problem in helping new recruits with war hit development, so don't be afraid to ask. If you can't take constructive criticism, this clan is not for you. If you think that our clan is what you are looking for, feel free to let us know. I am interested in joining your clan, i have recently left a level 9 clan due to a lack of planning and order. I am a new th8 (this week) and very active, unfortunately due to my clans previous war efforts i have very few war stars but always use 2 attacks. I also worked my way up to elder in my last clan due to helping others with strategy and advice.
My main reason for thinkijg your clan would be perfect is i can contribute as i am but i want to improve!
If you would have me i would be very interested in joining your clan.
I will also bump and maintain my trophies to align with your requitements asap! Give me a shot and ill be an asset. Ive got to th8 since christmas so please consider my ingame efforts.
