At 13h30 on March 30, 2017 I bought a 2 hours guard and i out game, after 5 minutes I was attacked, why?

Can you share where you are playing from or what timezone you are in?

Hello, please look at your shields in your shop and tell us what the cool down is left before you can purchase another one. If it shows 23 hours, your VG purchase didn't complete (connection issue maybe) and that's why you were attacked.

Ahhh, pictures do not show up when I'm using my mobile. But since it shows a 23 hour CD, your transaction did not complete. Its grayed out now because you currently have a shield and cannot purchase a VG when you have an active shield.

This did happen to me once and when I reported to in game support they completely shut me down saying this can never happen. And I have to reply them "isn't why this can be called a bug?". And there was never a replay after than. I think it's just those players who just reply and don't give a ♥♥♥♥ if it's really a problem. Like how some ppl reply here. And SC just go blind unless it was highlighted by those you tubers or those pay a lot of money to them. Greedy fellas are supercell
