Chest items missing!

Can anyone help please?

I opened a chest on Gregs farm, which cost me 3 gems so I was expecting something decent, and a scroll with a red ribbon around it came out. It disappeared off the screen and I have no idea what it was. I can't find it in decorations, so I'm assuming it does something, but I cannot locate it anywhere.

Has anyone received the same item and can shed some light on what it was/is please?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

You got a special permit which will help you open the new land across the road. You can read all about the latest update through your in-game settings. They are brand new!

They do not take any space in your barn and they are not sellable.

You'll be able to use your permit to open the special land areas across the road. Tap on an unopened land lot to see how many you need. Lucky you! People are searching all over for them.
