How Do I 3* This Base?

Hi I'm a th10 and my mirror is a th9.5 like me. I've been scratching my head as to how I can hit this guy. I've got 30/31 heroes, max valks, all max th9 troops and my bowlers are going to lvl 2. If at all possible, I need pointers on how I can hit my mirror in the first link as well as what I can do to 3* the 2nd guy as well in the 2nd link. I apprecare any and all help!

I 3 starred the th9 version of the first base with gohog, can't help with the second but its basically a th9, almost any strategy should 3 star that, but I'd use a govalo (since you have max valk) or even dragons (zap quake 2 ad near cc and destroy with heroes ad near archer tower). I'm not very experienced in war but hope this helps
