i opened 25, my sister opened 100 (yes, we used diamonds). Neither got one permit.

Two neighbors in my hood found them already. Don't know how many boxes they opened though..

I've opened 4 boxes and received one permit. They aren't stored in the barn like other expansion materials. The only way I can see how many I have is to click on one of the special expansion areas. I saw permits on the prize wheel too, but I got a fabulous piece of wheat instead of the permit.

No permits in red boxes yet. However, I did get more for my diamonds than you two! I spent 3 diamonds on the WoF and got a booster and a permit! I also got 2 gold stars and a pair of fuzzy chaps. I was shooting for the permit.

I have found no permits so far, just one booster in a red box.
My wheel today had both a booster and permit on it so for the first time, I spend 1 diamond for an extra spin. I got 1 Cotton. Gives me no confidence to do that again.
I've around 8 free mystery red boxes, and found two! And I'm level 23...
I've found 2 permits one was in a free box and one I had to use diamonds
I have just got one in a Mystery Box 😁 I didn't get any yesterday despite spending time looking for Boxes & opening several, there seems to be far fewer of them now and most were 🔒
I had a Booster & a Permit on my wheel (I suspect we all might!), I used 3 diamonds for extra spins, but I think the Permit & Boosters are Teflon coated as they just slid by. I have two Lemon Pies instead 😊😩
One more & I can unlock the right hand plot and then see how many I need for the 'swing plot'. (Please don't tell me, I'm enjoying the suspense 🤣
