Ok, so I'm fed up with these so called hoppers. I don't donate to them but some members in my clan did to about 7 hoppers who came at one time! So they all take the troops and just leave while the members start complaining that I didn't inform them! Anybody have a soultion on how to put a ban or anything to stop hoppers!

I feel you man, even I, myself hates it. Few types of mad 'clan hoppers' that I hate which comes in & makes a request then leave. I even made so much of uncountable feedback reports to SC on players that leaves a cussing word in the clan for not getting what they want.
There's actually few person who suggested the idea of putting a maximum tries like twice a day joining a clan under "Ideas Feature Requests" section. So maybe the solution for you now is to head over there and support his idea. Hopefully SC will implement the idea in CoC.
