If you're not opposed to a merge, I have a clan of 8 friends who have broken off from our level 10 clan. We range from TH7-TH11 and are fairly casual, but also try to win every war and 3-star our targets. We've been screwed over by bad clan leader's in the past, so if you're willing to consider a merge, that should give us a solid foundation and enough people to get started.
