    I believe this was targeted to myself, in regards to the townhall matchmaking?!? A low level with high donations or high level with donations can be matched likewise, I feel townhalls and levels involved in matchmaking would be perfect. Other than an overall loot indicator for each player/clan, I really can't see any other way for this to be implemented correctly. This is a minor piece of the puzzle but, I think, the most important. If the matchmaking is not done fairly, so many issues will arise with abuse.

    I've been reading OP and then scanned a few of the reactions, so maybe I'm repeating things others already mentioned. If so, sorry for that.

    However, I like your idea (well done) and it's very much in line with my musings on this topic while on the road etc. My suggestion about the matchmaking would be: don't bother. Everybody should able to attack the 40 participating members of the other clan once (vice versa). That way some champs will have an easy ride, and some lower THs will have a hard time. But then it is up to the leader to decide if the clan as a whole can make it or not. The star-system is just like normal when attacking: you can win stars at 50% etc, but those stars are also given for the defense. So if you attack and win a 2 star, the def wins 1 star and when you completely fail at an attack, the def will get 3 stars etc.

    During the week of a war this may result in a very annoying experience when the other clan is online or riding shields the whole time and you are not able to attack at all. On the other hand: they won't win any defensive stars that way and probably lose the overall battle. This will add some clan strategy into the mix: you can attack head-on in order to try to gain some advantage over the others or you can wait out your defense and see how that develops. Your (clan's) choice.

    And yes, those 40 participating members will be set at the beginning of a war and stay fixed while the war lasts. You may leave the clan, but your stars won will be forfeited. During the week you can also raid normally as well.

    I actually didn't think much about the rewarding issue, but I like your idea of a distribution of the 'spoils of war' after the battle amongst the winning clan members which is taken from the losing side. However this implies you have to make a kind of deposit as a clan in order to start a war.

    Find a match, is when your in a war already and looking for a potential victim, ATTACK is when your asking another clan to declare war.

    Well lvl also can be different as some have donations alot higher then others, plus some people manage high lvls with low THs, so I think THs should be matchmaked, and the premature is his owns fault, its safer and will affect less ppl then lvls.

    Tophy loss

    Awesome way to explain how clan wars can be functional without confusion. so glad it wasn't as long as Mastermind Quest idea.

    but I don't see how its far for the losing team to loss certain amount of their personal trophy. what if one was eligible but never attacked anyone or have been attacked feel about losing there trophy for not actually participating?
    Also I think that you idea of clans trophy is good since it separate from your personal trophy, that only the losing clan lose it clan trophy amount rather it being base on members amount combine.

    let me explain cause I just confused myself LOL.

    Two separate trophy system one is already here member trophy combine to bring clan to the top.

    The other will be clan trophy completely different. all clan start at zero and to earn some is by winning clan wars.
    This way people can see who is the strongest base on strategy and strength of the clan rather than the strength of there base.

    If we go this way there can also be a leaderboard for clan war trophy won in a month each. This way no one can attack the currently top clan.
    Every month the leaderboard will reset, (not the clan trophies those can be decrease by losing a clan war only) so that we can see if the same clan can achieve the top again or if other clan can.

    To not be mean in suggestion clan will lose trophy if loss they will also lose the amount of resource you already mentioned in your idea.

    Hope this is good I don't mind negative comment
