I would just make 10 ids and make a clan nd fix my non-friendy challenge to it
The button to request it is not in global chat. The spectators are not in global chat, the replay and result are not in global chat. It is clan based challenge not global based challenge.

In my opinion, this is not a very good idea. The only difference I see from friendly wars is the war win bonus. War win bonus is not in friendly wars because clans can exploit this feature. A clan can intentionally lose to the opponent so they can gain loot. This ruins the very idea of war win bonus.
No comments on the idea on match-making.
Just go to their clans profile page and if its open for challenges the button will be green.
The Global audience is a fluid thing constantly changing. So making it suddenly become a fixed audience for the event is not a realistic expectation. Once these guys go off to battle it out they are on their own.

I think this is a great idea. Not the wars but it'd be great if we could put challenges in global chat.
