My ideal team would be laid back but very competitive in the derby. I don't want a long list of rules; I think common sense and experience in Hay Day make a great neighbor. I won't raid your shops and would like it if I was shown the same courtesy. I don't think the 10th task should be mandatory, but if it's needed then I will buy it without hesitation. I do only 320 tasks when feasible, and I'm not super picky about which ones I will take. I've done everything from wool to fishing! I do appreciate the tasks that take a long time due to my schedule at work (I work afternoons) but a quick help or truck task is great once in a while.
I would like to be in an adult-only group, preferably international. I'm willing to join a small group that is growing. The group I'm in now has 24. Two of my hood-mates would like to join with me later August (one will be on an extended vacation until then). They are levels 58 & 56 right now.
I think everyone should be made an Elder so everyone can help trash lower point tasks. I say please and thank you. I am a generous donator: If I've got it and you need it, it's yours! I sell at base prices, or 1 coin to the lower level players to give them a break, full price to outsiders. I announce that my shop is full before running an ad to give my team mates first pick. My barn and silo are both at 1350 right now but I expand at least twice a week. I buy new land almost daily and have almost all the plots on the main parcel.
I will not tolerate drama of any sort, favoritism, or seeing leadership kick someone out without explanation to the whole team. I am very polite and expect the same in return. I expect leaders to keep order and act as guides when there is confusion. I need consistency so I know what to expect week to week. Don't change the method of play in the middle of the derby or you'll see me leave immediately. Don't ask me to snipe, my schedule makes that very difficult to do. I won't tolerate beggars but I will help anyone who asks for items as long as they give in return if I need something. If your group has a Facebook Group page that would be great! I don't use Kik.
If I join you can expect me to carry my share of the load and not ask for more than 1 or 2 things a day, depending on the situation. I don't take tasks I can't finish. I am a team player! I fill other people's boats and put townies on my platform if they need a particular townie. I like to chat but am not overly verbose! I don't like to clutter chat like that. I am very active in the game and you'll see me on at all times of the day. My machines are always loaded, my animals always fed, trees and bushes are maintained.

I needed to find a new hood-team that likes the Derby as much as I, but time wasn't for it, because I also wanted to participate in last weeks Derby so I can get the 2. Derby Champ achievement, I'm on my 13 week now 
, only ask for help with boat or request stuff. As much as I like to give and help it begins to frustrate me, not getting any friendliness in return 
In my shop you will sometimes find good stuff, that I dont run adds on. Its free for the team members to buy what they need. Usually I will tell that in the chat
