I just made a clan and I have 30 members. Yay! Please respond to tell me if I'm good or not.




Q 1: Some good Player has joined and is asking u for elder what would u do?

I would give him leader for a week so he would stay longer then ask for it back because he is a good player.


Q 2:One of your members has to make his base.So you are helping him to rebuild it but it will take u another hour. What would u do?

I'm pretty busy so I would tell him to ask someone else.

I have played for 5 months.

Anyone can join because I need more members.

Everyone in my clan is an elder so that's not a problem.

"Join join join" is not an option. You attempt to talk to people, get to know them and then ask them if thy would like a place.

Invite only, to avoid to many hoppers, or people joining, beig rude to the clan and leaving....and later joining

Give them a weeks notice before removing them. We dot want them mooching off our clan

Its happened twice already. Give leader to my co leader. Find all those in a clan tell then some jerk kicked ten out, and tht they are still welcome at the clan

You do nothing, unless there is a clan event or a specific request by many members. Its up to ten wether thy wanna farm or push.

Invite only. If it's "anyone can join" it will be flooded with noobs who have worthless troops, don't donate and request elder non stop. As "invite only" I'm able to decline if I don't find them up to par with requirements and block a player I've kicked from re-joining over and over.

Kick them out with a message that says "LEARN TO DONATE" and if they request back in I'd accept and tell them they won't get another warning.

Kick the player that kicked them if he's still in the clan, then fix the error that allowed him to kick the members such as make everyone an elder so only I can kick or if someone promoted him to elder I'd kick that person and finally attempt to reclaim the kicked members.

I'd let the members do what they want unless we're a top 3 clan. Top three clans get gem rewards for their top 10 members but there's no incentive in any other way to raise the clans over all trophies.

Note that I am an elder, not a leader.

Explain people demanding for elder that they have to earn it,If u want to be a leader u have to be more tolerant
to be a leader requires a lot of patience if u have less time u can either forget making a clan or When u have a lot of free time i guess holidays u can get Atleast ten loyal people and they will continue to get more players and make ur clan strong
if a player has Zero donations dont kik him thats the mistake which every one makes(Me too(I did it once and it turned out that the player was on a vacation and he was really active anyways I forgot it)).
