My clan is called Brief Criminals. Only one clan with that name so easy to find. So far its just my brother and myself.
I am level 85 so got some experience myself. As of right now just have basic requirements which are

ALL AGES PERMITTED
Gotta have maturity though
and just stay awesome Elder will be given out UNTIL ENOUGH MEMBERS JOIN. So yea after that gotta earn it.
