Ok chuck, I've done a bit of searching, your clan is lv2, there's a leader who is not "active" ! He has no donations, 1 attack for the season.
Theres only 2 coleaders, one is you the other isn't active either, he has received troops but not donated.
Your a brand new th9 level 1 AQ, and donate well, but have little to offer in high level troop donations.
Most members are inactive, the few that are active are of low level.
What do you expect mate, every aspect of your clan isn't inviting.
All this complaining about sc is rubbish.
There is no leadership group in your clan, because other then you the others don't play!

The clan only just survives, and it's only because your donating to those low accounts and hoppers that it even exists.
Stop your complaining and join a clan that's alive and established, join with players that accually want to play the game.
Your in the gutter crying poor, blaming the world, dust yourself off and join the real game.
    Thx
    c

I'm sorry, but I don't need the individual needs of every clan to affect my own. My clan is run the way that I want, and I don't need anyone else imposing rules on my clan. Knowing that war deadbeats get booted keeps participation at 100% nearly every war. Those who do not attack, are excused if they are new, and demoted if they have rank. They attack every time, because that is how we run our ship.

You don't have to be a mind reader. Just don't stuff your wars so full of new members that your dependable members wouldn't be able to cover the map, just in case they should need to.

I don't choose to ignore it. My hands are tied by the leadership because they have different ideas on how to run the clan.
The other elders are not kicking and the other co-leaders do not kick. They probably think I am too strict.

Relationships are a two way street. Relationships are reciprocal or complimentary so if Supercell likes my business and if they want this customer, they should try to help me. My boss makes me help others even if it isn't my job so I think there is no excuse for Supercell not to do the same.
Chuck, you aren't too strict. You just need to be in a clan that shares your values. I promise you'll be much happier. Maybe come check out my clan, or any other clan which is represented by the people here on this very thread. Cut the dead weight.

    This is how we work.
If its a new guy TH8+, that's the only new guy we try.
If he is lower nd there r other new guys, we may try 2 but we ensure we got their attacks covered nd of course they r out if they don't attack.
First war with a new team, you r under the knife and no one is new to it.

Thanks for doing the work on this one. I reviewed all of his threads and posts and he's way out to lunch. Nothing but complaints, toxic behaviour, demands and expectations to have everything his way. I've written him off permanently as a troll and won't read or contribute to his inane threads anymore.

The reasons and everything are quite lame, to be blunt, but nevertheless I'm intrigued by the suggestion for a player reputation system. I understand that this system would probably be really hard to implement and would have a lot of downsides but still it could be fun (maybe)

The clan was a family and friends clan. You don't treat people in your family and friends circle like dirt the way everyone expects a regular clan to operate.

In order to grow a clan, you have to let people in. In order to balance war weight, we let low level players in.
We are actually covering the map with two defections because we are actually winning and we still have more attacks left.
