To the OP your complaints are going to be filed under a personal problems folder. Actually it probably won't be filed at all. This is unfortunate for you. BUT the good news is that you have lots of control in this situation all you need to do is try.

I get why responding to a post on the internet always turns into a negative fest. Yet regardless of how noobish the op sounds you all can't just admit that he isn't that far off? I don't care how well your clan is managed, new member...promotions...etc etc etc there is nothing stopping anyone from straight out getting into a war then immediately hopping. Yes, well managed clans can mitigate risk by trying to find proper members or making people wait. However the threat always remains. There is literally no penalty for bailing on a war and I completely agree with the op in a sense that there should be. A stat letting new clans know how many missed war attacks would be HUGE. Letting leaders see how long and how many clans you've been in couldn't hurt. Bottom line. Put the negativity aside once and truly think about the idea. Nothing wrong with at least a proper discussion on it.

There IS a penalty. You can't participate in another war until the one you've been in ends.

That isn't enough. A slap on the wrist.

I do agree somthing more needs to be shown about players. War attacks missed should 100% be part of a player profile. I like to run big wars and always need some th 8s or lower and it is almost impossible to find reliable players. We can always cover for it so it's not a big deal. But if supercell held players accountable to their profile Stats then this game would be a lot better.

How about lousy clans that you leave with reason? I remember one where the leader thought that it was fun to donate wrong troops even during war. I guess he smoked something bad that day, but I really didn't care much.

The penalty is they can't do a war. And if they do find their way into another clan, it's a red flag that said player is a hopper. And if the clan the hopper joined has good clan MANAGEMENT(something OP lacks), it's a straight kick in the face or a couple of questions first.

I fail to see how showing missed attacks improve this game. Who knows how many attacks you missed because you're somewhere else doing something important.

2 day cool down is ok but I don't see how your arguing against more information. What is the downside to clans being able to see more stats on players applying to your clan. It would make life easier for established clans who r jus looking to grow and not have to deal with bottom of the barrel players who r unreliable for war. If u miss an attack or 2 it is not going to hurt ur stats. I'm more worried about the guys who have missed 30% or more of their attacks. I don't care what your personal reasons for missing attacks are. I care about the body of work a player has over a long period of time. Stats like avg stars per attack would also be great. More information about players is never ever gonna be a bad thing when it comes to their gameplay stats.

As much as I hate hoppers and generally unreliable trouble makers, missed attacks do happen due to real life. A hopper may just do a 1 barb dump for each war raid and leave the clan, so any records of missed attacks may not indicate anything. How many clans and time someone is in them is no good when you have many players maintaining multiple clans. I've had days where I've visited many of our family clans, I'd appear a hopper on stats if records were made. I'm sure a system could be employed, but it would be difficult.
    Thx

OP does share some blame here, but I agree with him it would nice for a leader to have the ability to black-list a player so they can't ever request to join again. Personally, we keep our clan closed so it wouldn't do anything for us, but if the number of times blacklisted showed up in the profile that would do something for us. A big number is a red flag and I wouldn't likely take that person into our clan.
