Yes, in Russian it sometimes expresses emotions(world блин), but not so much that it needs to be censored, especially since this same word is used in the game itself.
If you think that this word is unacceptable, then you must remove it from the game

I second that in Russian this word does not need to be censored. Even though it can be used as sort of a "proxy" for a curse word it is, by itself, not derogatory or offensive. Otherwise in English you'd have to start censoring the words "freaking" or "bleeping". In most cases, use of this word is completely innocent. It's merely "verbal garbage" similar to "like, you know" in English. I could use it in front of my kid.
This is way overboard, especially considering that it is also the proper name for the actual product in the game. Please consider changing this.

I don't know any Russian, but it sounds ridiculous that the name of a product in the game is censored. Question though, does is censor banana pancakes also? (It is a newer product that unlocks later in the game.)
If translate into English, then by analogy that the word pancake is censored in the chat, сhat will be "banana *******s"
