Okay well the idea is quite simple;
In my clan i find it very annoying when certain members join and swear and such like so maybe a report button within the clan chat for Elders and Leaders only as they are the ones to moderate there own clan (i.e 18+ wouldn't care) , but for the younger ones which there are. They decide to make a clan and they will get sworen at etc. they have no option, but to kick this member. The member normally couldn't care less-correct? As they are normally a troll etc.
for the 18+ they could have a bit within the decsrption that says you have to be 18 years or older to join and supercell will check the persons gamecenter to see whether they are old enough. A drop down box in edit (with a any bit)
The report function, it would have a small message box for reasons why you reported this member/elder. Elders cannot report leader. Then Supercell could read it and ban them from any clan activity for a certain number of days. Yes they may still play the game, but not within a clan. Global would also be banned for them.
There would be no loopholes as only a elder+could do this. A elder can't report another elder maybe? But a member sure. Supercell could have a computer monitoring it or a person. Like a moderator. More than 3 spam requests could get you reported too etc.
It's just a idea to keep abusive members off the game.

My next idea (hopefully more in favour of);
A world wide universal ranking system. So instead of just top players maybe you could see how high you were too, it would be filtered by trophies, attacks won,defenses won, level, achievments unlocked (maybe builders???), clan rank. This way there would be little chance of duplicates the filters would start in the order i've done but near the end maybe moved around and the user would have the option of filtering it to all the filters above. This small idea would be nice as you would be able to see how well your doing out of all the players. Players without a league are automatically placed at the bottom and filtered by how much trophies they have.

Oh yes and another thing maybe a daily reward/ amulet spin with 100 gems as top prize with really high odds? And lots of smaller prizes around the edge?

Bump, i think my 3rd idea was ruled out? Sorry :/. Can i mod read my ideas please?? And thanks to anyone else who has, but please reply i want to hear feedback.
another idea:
Supercell should have a mini games option; this would be for entermainment only and would not use resources, however it would require higher levels to unlock certain missions.
i.e
Your given 20 barbs can you take down this village? If you can you get a small bonus of something.
These could be daily missions to with more achievments more fun!
Of course they would require little stragety at the begging, but near the end you will need to use your brains!! Maybe in this you could have full control/semi control over some or all units? These mini games would be great to do for gems or just to wait for troops! It would be on the attack section near the goblin missions.
A pop up would come on everyday saying can you complete todays challenge?
If people can they get 2.5% extra gold when they raid or something like that! Thanks to all who have read this! Also more gob missions would be good! Thanks SC.

Those ideas are somewhat good but I don't see supercell adding them.

Bump,
so supercell doesn't want to see gems being given? I mean you could also spend 1-5 gems (not sure yet) on the wheel for another go. The higher the th the better prizes (in resources). You can also buy gems to have more units in the mini games or upgrade the units to higher level etc. the gems could help endlessely, but never completing the battle indefiantly. I.e your units do 20% more dmge.

Supercell should be giving out more gem giving achievements, but also making the game a more gemable experince.

maybe a bonus of 1-3 gems for doing well on a raid? (Like very well), but not of course enough gems to be able to get past maxing th5 or something small.
