Guide to Farming Dark Elixir - Town Hall 7 Very Easy!

Hey everyone based on the feedback I got, they're absolutely right! Thank you everyone for the advice


So when you go farming for gold and elixir what do you look for? - Tombstones right?


*Well when you're farming for dark elixir, you look for **Dark elixir drills to be on the outside** It happens, for whatever reason people do it a lot. They will keep the storage towards the middle of their base. That's when you use your lightening spells.


- Try to take out any clan castle troops before you start your strategy. I've had CC troops wipe out everything I needed so make sure you take em out. Even if you need to use a lightening spell.


Army Troops
*5-6 Giants
*80-100 Goblins
*5-8 Wall Breakers
*40 or so Archers


You really want to be precise with your wall breakers, I try never to have to go through 1 layer of wall going for the Dark Drills. If need be more than 1 wall layer, on to the next one is my motto.

for TH7, try find (not so) premature TH9/TH10 (purple walls without inferno or xbow), they usually give you good amount of DE and wont bother revenge you (loot penalty)

you might want to use 1-2 rage spell to get to their DE storage

Yeah that's one thing I definitely try to keep in mind, but thank you ill try the rage spell idea, I figured the lightening was the best way, but you're probably right. The lightening spells only get to about half maybe a little more, but if I could actually "troop" my way through I could finish it for good and get all of it. So thanks

Actually, lightning will often give you less then 50% of what is available with 3 spells. [Depending on level of the DE container]

As the very beginning of ones DE journey I can understand it - but you will eventually learn it's actually a slow way to get DE. Eventually you will need to learn ways to breach the storage with your troops and take the whole lot.

Your clash journey has really just begun at town hall 7. Good luck.
