There are a lot of cheaters out there - I'm pretty sure that everybody who beats our clan in war is cheating.

Can't think of any other reason apart from our own lack of skill and that can't possibly be the reason

Not everyone who beats you in war is cheating obviously. But as mentioned before (if you read), if the top th11s leave the opponents clan only to reunite with a th3 burner account in lvl 1 clan. Then come back to main clan and 100% 3 star ALL of you custom th11 bases you should think somthing fishy is going on.

Then couple that evidence with the discussed process, you can bet they are cheating!

Your lack of patience did in fact cause you to not understand the issue. I sometimes jump into threads late and don't read all of the pages, but it is explained above if you read it. He cares because the clan cheated that he warred against. The posts above explain it.

That is exactly why people need to keep reporting it to SC. I'm not sure discussing it here helps much. It might give others ideas to try it, although I think SC will eventually catch them and ban their main accounts by figuring out a link to the burner.

Or maybe SC could use IP tracking to ban accounts associated with other accounts using 3rd party software from the same IP address...Hmmm would be a good way to catch those burners in the other clans that they never even visit...sneaky

Problem there is if they happen to be using public WiFi, they could ban someone that had the misfortune to be playing in the same area, using the same WiFi.

The reply he got from SC is the reason why people give up on reporting such cases in the first place. That was clearly a generic bot reply, or SC thinks their current system is flawless.

Don't quit jimati. Maybe your next step would be to explain that the mods they are using doesn't need to use the fcs feature.
