A lot of criticism of SC for not talking about this. But really thats just them being smart. They should not talk. They should quietly study and when they are ready to do something just do it. Announcing plans ahead of time just gives the opposition time to prepare counter measures.

as far as this thread 'teaching' anyone of a way to mod I dont see that worry. it involves use of illegal software. Anyone tracking down and obtaining illegal software will already know the tricks it can do. They learn nothing new in this forum thread.

The objective of getting into a game is different from the objective when playing it. Sure at the moment when playing you try to win. But the objective for playing at all is simply to play. To enjoy being challenged and the satisfaction that comes from beating challenges. I fear that those who dabble in illegal software have lost sight of that. I actually feel sorry for them because there is a joy they are denying themselves.

imagine if they could right now announce the outcome of the World Series next fall. Why would you watch then?

Some would use the account that is in war, but most would have a separate account, in a different clan that never wars and would just create a copy of the base in that clan to practice on.

The discussion here seem to revolve around an 'easy' -for serious cheaters- workaround of the bans. Doesn't seem far fetched that no direct link is needed between the legit th11 and the cheating accounts. We see some legit th11 3-stars and some weirdly accurate ones sometimes in our wars. After the years of modding, the bans, the burners, the escalation continues.
I just took a more chill approach to wars and don't care anymore; yet some in my clan are still competitive enough to wonder about all this continuous cheating, and are looking forward to more actions.
We will continue to report whenever we can prove something, which is becoming very hard, to support.

when i complained and let my frustration going on in a thread of mine weeks ago about how a chinese clan with burners and various enemy max players going and coming in back to their clan and boom all magical 3 stars people here laughed at me saying that i was accusing without proofs bla bla bla.Now i'm seeing that a lot of clans are being burned by these types of foes just like my clan did but the best part here is other people in this topic telling to the OP not to post a very informative thread like these because others can copy it.Who cares??We need solution.

A sc rep (likely outsourced) uses a lot of copy paste material to say very little. In short, they understand the problem, they're working on it, please give them time.

Once a player attacks a base, he will be in attack view/interface. The moment it happens, all the data has been sent from the server to your phone already. Said data includes all the building placed, the hidden stuff, etc.

Theoretically speaking, if the data sent from a server to your phone passes through another device, then that other device can record all the hidden stuff, and buildings placed. Once you have that data, you dont even need to be online anymore. All you need is a simulator that can use the acquired data to give you the same village you want to practice on. You can practice forever. You can use the other device to even simulate all kinds of attacks til it gets a 3star result.

Thankfully, the cheaters havent been able to produce such a tool. I just want you guys to know how vulnerable to cheats this game is.

Im not big on coming on forums personally had i seen that i would not have laughed

at first i just thought hey we too scary and left his clan...lucky we dont do any loot till we got the max out of war....

but now ive seen this evrything just falls intoo place the lows scouting as before with xmoddders and high guys going to some low clan...and im. Sat there thinking thats weird....not so weird now

i think the main thing is that SC really steps up and stops as much cheating as possible...i think thats main reason why players do deciede to stop playing...big steps are needed

They need to disallow players leaving clans. That'll resolve other issues like hopping while limiting burner accounts. The only thing it would limit are level 1 clans, but the pros outweigh the cons.
